Entwined by Heather Dixon

Confined to their dreary palace while mourning their mothers death, Princess Azalea and her eleven sisters dance in a magic pavilion deep below their room, tended by the mysterious and handsome Keeper...but it isn't long before their magical nightly dances become nightmarish.

Ok, I loved this book. Like, seriously LOVED this book. My friend read it, and said she didn't really like it. Well, I found it insanely enjoyable. There is one review in the back cover by none other than Aprilynne Pike (who I will be writing a review for her books at a later time), which in my opinion labels the book exactly. "Entwined is a riveting read- a delectable fairy tale with everything a good story should have: breathtaking romance; powerful and even frightening magic; a rich, beautiful setting; and, of course, dancing!" Now, that is insanely accurate. With the devilshly creative names, and beautiful take on the twelve dancing princesses, this book is lovely, dark, capturing, and compelling.
five star!!!! (seriously though, good book!)
